The northeast.net.au project is run by the Tea Tree Gully Business Enterprise Centre which is a division of North East Development Agency (NEDA). NEDA is a not-for-profit association of business, community and government leaders who share a commitment to the development of the north east region.
The aim of northeast.net.au is to provide:
A comprehensive 'whole of community' website dedicated to the promotion of the northeast as a great place to live, learn, work and explore.
A vital connection point between schools, community groups, businesses and individuals.
A means of ensuring that all the activities, services, benefits and opportunities of living in the north east are fully known and available.
Our desire to support and strengthen local community life is connected to our aspiration for Australia to be a strong, stable and inclusive society in which every person is given the opportunity to participate and belong.
